Children can start at Oatlands Pre-School from their 2nd birthday for a minimum of two sessions per week. If no space is available, we operate a waiting list system. We therefore encourage you to register early to secure a place. Please click here to download a form which you can return by email, post or drop in our letterbox outside.

We ask for a £50 registration fee and £100 deposit to reserve a child’s place (the deposit will be deducted from your first term’s invoice).

Children attending pre-school are expected to wear a uniform (a pre-school t-shirt/sweatshirt). You will receive a Welcome Pack before your child starts with us and this will give you further details of what your child should bring with them on a daily basis and includes a copy of our Safeguarding Policy. All our other policies are available for viewing in the pre-school foyer.

 

An invoice detailing fees will be sent to you the term before your child is due to start and is payable in advance of the start of the term. Our Administrator, Christine Collard, will contact you with this. The pre-school accepts a range of payments including childcare vouchers. It is our intention to make our pre-school accessible to children and families from all sections of the local community. Please get in touch if you would like further information on available funding options.

 

A minimum of half a term’s notice in writing is required to cancel your child’s place.
